underground parking was secure and reasonably priced. the location suited me since i could easily reach the city centre and the arena. the room featured a sizable bed ensuring restful sleep. every member of staff i encountered was polite.
the air conditioning made too much noise and didn't keep the room cool enough.

The location proved ideal, placing me within easy reach of local attractions. I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist with directions (they really know the area!). The complimentary hot drinks available all day was a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the modern room and the comfortable bed.
I noticed a slight musty smell in the room upon arrival, though it did dissipate after airing out the space. The air conditioning was not working well enough to keep it from smelling, which impacted my stay.

the location proved convenient. it was near the arena. secure parking was available for a fee. the breakfast was good.
The air conditioning did not work. i received only a fan as a replacement. opening the windows wasn't an option, so the room was warm. the receptionist didn't provide much help. I couldn't even get two fans.

The staff at the front desk was helpful. They answered all my questions with patience. Breakfast had several options. It included both hot and cold food. I also liked having free coffee in the lobby. This saved me money on coffees.
I had to wait long time each time to use it. The gym was small and didn't have much equipment. I wished it had more space.

The air conditioning was not effective. I requested a solution but received no compensation. The extra bed for children was uncomfortable.. We had to use inflatable mattresses with duvets instead. I was quite dissatisfied with this arrangement.
