convenient stay

secure parking easy access sizable bed

underground parking was secure and reasonably priced. the location suited me since i could easily reach the city centre and the arena. the room featured a sizable bed ensuring restful sleep. every member of staff i encountered was polite.

the air conditioning made too much noise and didn't keep the room cool enough.

Fantastic Central Stay

ideal location friendly staff thoughtful touch

The location proved ideal, placing me within easy reach of local attractions. I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist with directions (they really know the area!). The complimentary hot drinks available all day was a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the modern room and the comfortable bed.

I noticed a slight musty smell in the room upon arrival, though it did dissipate after airing out the space. The air conditioning was not working well enough to keep it from smelling, which impacted my stay.

helpful staff free coffee slow elevator noisy room

The staff at the front desk was helpful. They answered all my questions with patience. Breakfast had several options. It included both hot and cold food. I also liked having free coffee in the lobby. This saved me money on coffees.

The elevators were slow. I had to wait long time each time to use it. The gym was small and didn't have much equipment. I wished it had more space. My room was near the elevator and I could hear noise at night.

non-functional air conditioning inoperable window

The breakfast options provided a decent start to the day.

the air conditioning unit in my room was not functional during the night. I asked the staff for help, but no one came to fix it. They gave me A fan, not sufficient. The window also wouldn't open.
